  I've been going here for years and can tell you that this is the best bang for your buck in terms of sandwiches and salads. Everything on the menu is cooked fresh and extremely delicious. It is my go to lunch spot.
  
  I believe they are cash only and if you want to beat the line, I suggest you call ahead.

  Riccotti's has been around for 50 years and they still make the best Italian grinder. You get a choice of 3 different size grinders (small, medium & large) not just 2 (small & large).
  The meats are always fresh. The bread holds up nicely with the oil & vinegar dressing. Shredded lettuce not chopped and the hot relish.
  I wish this place took credit card, cash only.

  This location is way better then the one in Pawtucket. Staff is friendly and helpful. Owner isn't a jerk who yells at staff infront of customers. Food is great nice sized menu. Sandwiches are amazing and packed with food. The winners are to die for and not badly priced at all. Would definitely recommend this place. Food always seems fresh and not just laying around but meatballs are definitely frozen not fresh like they say.

  Stopped by for a grinder as I was driving thru the neighborhood and have always wanted to try their subs.
  
  When I walked in, it was like stepping back into time. I do not think a thing has chnaged from the day they opened and well, I'm ok with it. It was very clean. I was really impressed that such an old building could be so clean inside.
  
  I arrived just as a rush was arriving behind me. It was as if they had an employee in the back for every customer that walked in.
  
  I got a small italian delux and a chicken soup. The small sub was quite large and was delicious. The soft yet crusty bread, piled high with all the italian meats and toppings... Perfection!
  
  The chicken soup, well... They aren't known for their soup so I would just stick to the subs. It wasn't all that good but my sub made up for it and the soup was not neccisary anyhow.
  
  Will def be back, especially on a hot summer's day when there is nothing like a cold italian grinder!

  Riccotti's is the best place to stop in for a sandwich.  Counter  Service is excellent.   The steak and cheese , grilled chicken and cheeseburger subs are all good.   Always my go to place for a Submarine Sandwich when in the North Providence area.  Prices are good also.  Plenty of booths if you decide to eat in.   Highly recommended.
